Free PDF sewing pattern for lace up crop top
Easy to make for beginners, this lace up cropped top sewing pattern is available for download in PDF form. Sizes XS to XXL, in one pattern. The style is ideal for young woman and works well as a casual top, gym top or even as a swimming costume

Equipment
- ½ meter of stretch fabric such as Bon Bon
- Binder foot for sewing machine
- Overlock/Serger sewing machine
- ½ meter of knitted elastic
- Sewing thread
- Scissors
- Tailors chalk
Cutting the laceup crop top
- Cut 2 fronts
- Cut 1 back
- Cut strips of fabric for binding
Seeing the laceup crop top
- Sew the binding and cut into 2 straps and ten loops of 6cm each
- Mark one front for the loop positions - 1cm from the top and 3cm apart
- Sew the loops to marked points (you can notch points if you prefer)
- Sew the front lining to the front, right sides together, at the top and around the loop
- Neaten the sides
- Sew the elastic to the back (elastic must be measured at sixty percent of the length of the back)
- Fold the edge of the elastic over the side of the front at the top, and overlock side seams
- Turn to right side and hem the base and the elastic
- Thread binding through the front and press
